Sound directory, soundfonts and demos
No updates before...
... well, maybe six month. My little family and I just moved to Kansas, and unexpected high health insurance spendings erased the savings I had for a new computer... I never thought I would miss the french social security so soon...
So, I'm waiting for one or two thousands dollars to be able to update this sound directory.
Indeed, I'm learning patience the hard way...

A
directory of sound is all kinds of sounds coming together, mixing and
musing. Sounds and ambiances. A sound that could either be a rolling
pin falling onto an iron or the explosion of a nuclear power plant (I'm
currently negotiating with the French government for that, but they
don't seem to be so open minded about it...). Soundfonts allow you to
play some sounds with a MIDI keyboard. There's also sound creation and
even some music (although I'm trying to stop) for your videos,
websites, music, skins or fun parties with your friends...
Sounds, tricks on how to make the soundtrack of a movie, to
mix and
recreate ambiances...
Tutorials for dummies (a little like myself), advise on free
and
open
source software, links to websites that give more precise answers than
I would be able to... Some other stuff that has strictly nothing to do
with any of it, but I put it here anyway.
All of it absolutely for free, for nothing, nada, not a penny, que dalle. Although it's always nice to get thanks and acknowledgments (doesn't cost much and is always nice to hear).
This website is under construction. Most of the English part should be finished by March 2007.
